Stafford Ladies rugby team would
like to invite you to join our team Sponsorship program by sponsoring the Ladies.
Our club would not be able to
offer training and match facilities without the generous support of our community businesses and team sponsors. Your sponsorship
would show a great community involvement.
The sponsorship money would go to developing the ladies team, of which consists of new, developing and
experienced players. The club also has an under 15’s girls team with developing players whom will become the ladies
team of the future.
Our program consists of a number of opportunities that are available such as:
- Season sponsorship of the Stafford Ladies
home match shirts – £750 VAT for 22 units
- Season sponsorship of pre match training
tops -£500+VAT for 22 units
- Sponsorship of a match ball - £30 +
VAT
- Sponsorship of a match - £300+VAT
- An advertising board on the perimeter
of the 1stXV pitch - £250+VAT
- Sponsorship of coaches match day weatherproof
jackets - £+VAT
Match shirts sponsorship option.
The match shirts will be Kooga evaporex playing shirts in black with a gold
piping ladder design along the sides. This includes your company logo embroidered on the front of each top. We will require
you to supply the art work for the embroidery. The ladies can present you with an A4 photograph of the team in the strip
for your display.
You will also feature on this website as a sponsor with a link to your company
website if required. As a sponsor you will also be invited to come down and support
any home match and of course be welcome in the club for drinks at any time as well be welcome to use the clubs facilities.
Training tops sponsorship
option.
The training tops will be Kooga Vortex Warm Up
Tops Black/Amber design. This includes your company
logo embroidered on the front of each top. We will require you to supply the art work for the embroidery. As a sponsor you
will also be invited to come down and support any home match and of course be welcome in the club for drinks at any time.
Match ball sponsorship option.
Acknowledgment on the match day and in the match report that goes to the local press and on our website. There will
be full page of acknowledgments for the whole season with your company name on, and complimentary invite to the match.

Acknowledgment on the match day and in the match report that goes to the local press and on this website. Complimentary
invites to the ladies team match, pre match drink tokens and two complimentary tickets to all Men’s 1st XV
home matches.
Advertisement board option.
In the first year this includes having the board made to your requirements, complimentary invites to all home matches.
This pitch is used for all teams and can not guarantee that the ladies will be playing on this pitch.
Coaches weatherproof jackets option.
